Explore the association between various factors and carotid artery calcifications found in military veterans. Carotid artery calcifications are observed as radiopacities in the soft tissue near the vertebrae in panoramic images. They have been found to be associated with numerous health conditions and should be referred to a physician if observed radiographically.
